⚠️ Update ⚠️
Our meetings are going to be online for the time being until we get funding to pay for a venue.
From May 1 - we are offering coaching, spaces are limited and low cost to members of the collective - flexible pricing available based on your circumstances. Just email us!
Our AuDHD meetings are still in-person at St Werburghs Community Centre, every 2nd Wednesday of the month.
A message from Nathalie:
"Right, so, it's not easy typing this out because I've never wanted to reach the point where I would need to do this but unfortunately we're not making enough money from ticket sales to cover the cost of hiring a space to host our support group meetings.
So I've set up a just giving page to raise £500 to keep the group going.
If you've ever attended our groups, events, workshops or if you value our whatsapp/online community, then please consider donating.
From May, our in-person sessions will stop temporarily and they will be online instead, until we get funding to pay for room hire.
If you have any questions, stick them in the support group chat and ill answer them all as best as I can."

Thanks, Nathalie and the team 🙌
Do you have a warm, empathetic nature and a passion for supporting others? ADHD Bristol Collective is growing, and we need brilliant people to help us run our peer support groups — in person and online.
This role would suit someone who:
✨ Is a good listener and genuinely cares
✨ Can hold space for people navigating real challenges
✨ Wants to gain experience in a helping or listening role
✨ Can commit around 2–4 hours per week
A Level 2 Counselling Skills qualification is a bonus, but absolutely not essential — we welcome people who are newer to this kind of work.
📩 Interested or want to know more? Email us at adhdbristolcollective@gmail.com and we'll send you the full role details.
From February 2026, ADHD Bristol Collective will be hosting a monthly peer-led support group specifically for people who identify as AuDHD (Autism + ADHD).
We’ve always known that the crossover between these two experiences needs its own dedicated space — and we’re creating it.
🗓 When: 2nd Wednesday of every month
⏰ Time: 7:00–9:00pm
📍 Where: St Werburghs Community Centre, Horley Rd, BS2
💷 Cost: £5 per person
This session will replace our usual ADHD support group on that week only.
Everything else stays the same — same time, same place, same price.
These sessions will remain peer-led, supportive, and grounded in lived experience, offering space to connect with others who truly get the unique challenges (and strengths) of being AuDHD.
🧡 We’re really proud to be holding this space.
We’re pressing pause for December 2025 so we can reflect, recharge, and get to work planning an exciting year ahead. We’ll be using this time to shape our 2026 vision, learn from your feedback, and build new collaborations with brilliant people and organisations.
Thank you to every single person who joined our meetings, socials, coffee mornings, and workshops this year. 🧡
2025 has been a year of massive growth, and it's been incredible to see so many neurodivergent minds finding connection, community, and support with us.
And the biggest, ginormous, bells-on THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers. Your energy, dedication and heart are the reason A.B.C continues to thrive. We appreciate you more than you know. 🧡
Take care over the festive season, and remember — our WhatsApp community is still here if you need connection, a chat, or just your people. 💬
✨ See you in 2026! ✨
It's been a huge journey in a very short space of time so I'd like to thank @moefoundation for creating the course, introducing me to the most incredible group of people.
I'd like to thank Lisa at @interculturecic for telling me about the course in the first place and being my supervisor!
This photo is the moment I was told I'd passed, and what that really represents. My growth, my confidence, my positivity, my achievements. It's all relative to building a better life for myself, my beautiful girls, and shouting loud about Neurodiversity in society.
Now the real work begins, giving space for neurodivergent minds to realise their potential through person-centred coaching and using the power of collective accountability.
I'm excited for the future. Who's joining me?
Healthier Together (our local NHS partnership for Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire) is running a project to improve ADHD support before and after assessment — and they want to hear directly from you. 💬
They’re especially looking for people who have attended ADHD peer support groups (like A.B.C. or others) to share their experiences:
✨ What’s helped you most?
✨ What could be improved?
✨ What kind of support do you wish existed?
Your feedback will help shape how peer support is offered across the region — so future services reflect real lived experience. 💛
You can take part by:
🗣 Joining an informal chat (1:1 or small group)
🧠 Or completing a short online survey — whatever feels easiest for you.
📍 It’s open to anyone living in Bristol, North Somerset, or South Gloucestershire.
⏰ It only takes a few minutes, but your input could make a lasting difference.
👉 Find all the details in the information sheet which can be emailed to you, or available via our Facebook group and WhatsApp Community
Together, let’s make peer support stronger, fairer, and easier to access for everyone. 💪💛

Let’s build something amazing together! 💛🧡❤️
Hi everyone 👋
I’m putting together a short presentation about ADHD and co-occurring conditions (like dyslexia, dyspraxia, etc.) and how they impact day-to-day life, especially in the workplace.
I’d love to include some real voices and experiences from our community. If you’d be happy to do a short, informal interview (around 10–15 minutes) about your experiences and strategies that help you, please let me know.
Interviews can be done in person, over Zoom, or even just recorded audio if that’s easier.
You’ll get to see how your story will be used, and you can stay anonymous if you prefer.
It’s really about sharing strategies, challenges, and strengths so others can learn from us.
If you’re interested, drop me a message directly 🧡
Thanks so much,
Nathalie
