Come join us for this new support group, created in recognition of the strong link between ADHD and autism. The group meets every second Wednesday of the month and is open to anyone who feels this space might help them feel seen and supported.
Thanks to kind funding from Quartet Community Foundation, we’re creating a warm, supportive, and safe space. Guided by coaching and therapeutic principles, this is about exploring your strengths and navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of a neurodivergent mind.
This is where you’ll find all past and upcoming workshops.
If you have suggestions or know someone who might want to run an ADHD‑related workshop, please get in touch.
Our coffee mornings run one to two times a month and offer a welcoming space to connect with others in the ADHD community.
"In November 2025 I completed training with MOE Foundation and I am proud to say I am a certified Coach.
My coaching style is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and years of working directly with people in customer-focused roles. My approach blends coaching techniques with a deeply person-centred ethos, drawing on the counselling skills and theory I’ve studied over the years. I create a space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I bring clarity, structure, and gentle challenge where needed, helping clients understand their patterns, build confidence, and develop supportive strategies that create meaningful progress without feeling judged or overwhelmed. I believe deeply in meeting people exactly where they are and walking alongside them as they move forward on their own terms."
